Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in English or a related subject.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary level.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential (for TLR consideration).
