An Outstanding secondary school in Surrey is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join their Science department, specializing in teaching A-Level Chemistry. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver challenging and engaging A-Level Chemistry lessons that meet the requirements of the relevant examination board specifications.
• Prepare students for success in A-Level Chemistry examinations.
• Foster a deep understanding of advanced chemical concepts and principles.
• Develop students' practical skills and scientific inquiry abilities.
• Assess student progress rigorously and provide detailed feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the A-Level Chemistry curriculum.
• Teaching at a high achieving, Outstanding School.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Proven experience teaching A-Level Chemistry, with a track record of excellent student outcomes.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for chemistry.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
