About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level.
• Develop and implement lesson plans covering various artistic techniques and design principles.
• Facilitate student-led art projects and exhibitions.
• Assess student progress through portfolios, projects, and written analyses.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the art and design curriculum.
• Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as art clubs and workshops.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Art and Design.
• Extensive experience teaching art and design at the secondary level in an Outstanding OFSTED rated school.
• Proficiency in various artistic mediums.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
