Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to Year 1 students.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in Key Stage 1, particularly in Year 1, is desirable.
• A strong understanding of phonics and early years development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A creative and adaptable teaching approach that meets the diverse needs of young learners.
• Passion for supporting children’s personal and academic growth in their early years of education.
