Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in Key Stage 1, particularly in Year 1, is desirable.
- A strong understanding of phonics and early years development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A creative and adaptable teaching approach that meets the diverse needs of young learners.
- Passion for supporting children’s personal and academic growth in their early years of education.
