Role Highlights:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of SEN
• Work closely with class teachers to implement individualized learning plans and support strategies
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily routines where necessary

• Support students in both academic and emotional development, fostering independence and confidence
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, ensuring holistic support

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students' individual needs
• Enhanced DBS check required
