A specialist SEN school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join their team. Role Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position at a well-respected SEN school in Enfield
• Teach and support primary-aged students with a variety of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons suited to students' individual learning styles
• Work closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning
• Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that encourages confidence, independence, and achievement
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs

Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a primary setting, preferably within an SEN environment
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques
• A patient, adaptable, and caring approach to supporting students with additional needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS check required
