Business Development Officer

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Job Summary: The Business Development Officer (Head of Marketing) is responsible for leading the company's marketing and lead generation initiatives to support revenue growth. The role oversees digital marketing, corporate branding, events, and partnership development with industry organizations, government agencies, and institutions. This position ensures strong alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives, while managing the lead generation and creative team. Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements integrated marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals. Oversees digital marketing, corporate marketing, and brand positioning initiatives. Manages the lead generation team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team. Plans company events, industry participation, and brand activations. Builds partnerships and strengthens networks with industry associations, government agencies, and organizations. Monitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Identifies new market opportunities and channels to strengthen business presence. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or any related field. Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management utilizing various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. At least 3-5 years of related work experience in marketing, business development, or related roles. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills. Experience in event management, corporate partnerships, or B2B/industrial industries is a plus. Preferably residing in Quezon City.
