Graphic Design Support

Position: Graphic Design Support Number of hours: 20 hours/week Schedule: TBD Tasks required: Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, and email templates. Create and edit visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software. Support in developing branding materials, presentations, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements. Perform basic photo editing, resizing, and optimization for various platforms. Help organize and maintain the company’s digital asset library. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality and impact of visual designs. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality output. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or any relevant role is required Strong understanding of current design trends, able to source the right illustrations, photographs, videos, and other visual treatments considered to be leading edge Expert with the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Freehand, Adobe After Effects, Corel, Sketch, and other graphics designing software Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus High attention to detail and a creative mindset Compelling portfolio exhibiting work over wide range of creative projects Strong written and verbal English communication skills
