Job Title: Sales Manager | Davao-Based Location: Davao City Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday to Friday We are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Review pricing and support bidding to stay competitive Oversee promotional and sales activities Coordinate with other departments when needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager Experience in technical sales (e.g., water filtration, kitchen or laundry equipment) is preferred Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Goal-oriented and results-driven
