Position: AI Video Creator (Short-Form Ads) Number of hours: TBD Schedule: TBD Key Responsibilities Create short-form AI-generated video ads for platforms such as Facebook and YouTube Develop engaging video concepts based on provided scenarios (e.g., before-and-after transformations, storytelling ads) Produce videos that highlight services such as air conditioning cleaning, heat pump installation, and ventilation systems Use AI tools to generate visuals, voiceovers, and scenes that align with brand messaging Ensure videos are engaging, clear, and optimized for ad performance Edit and refine videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and visual flow Collaborate with the team to iterate on creative ideas and improve ad performance Deliver multiple variations of ads for testing and optimization Qualifications Experience creating short-form video ads (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Proficiency in AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar) Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills Ability to visualize and execute before-and-after or transformation-style content Experience with video editing, transitions, and pacing Understanding of ad creatives and what drives engagement/conversions Ability to follow direction while also contributing creative ideas Project Scope Create videos based on concepts such as: Cleaning and restoring a dirty air conditioner to like-new condition Transforming a cold, unfriendly home environment into a warm, comfortable space after installation Showcasing home odor problems vs. fresh, ventilated results after system installation Focus on high-impact, relatable, and slightly storytelling-driven ads
