Position: B2B Cold Caller Number of hours: 10 hours/week Schedule: UK Time Zone Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients within the UK estate agency market Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities Follow structured scripts while adapting communication based on client responses Log call activities, outcomes, and lead information in CRM systems Support email outreach and follow-ups when needed Maintain a professional and confident approach when engaging prospects Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience in B2B cold calling , specifically within the UK / British market Background or familiarity with the estate agency / real estate industry Demonstrated cold calling experience reflected in resume or portfolio Experience using Instantly for cold calling and email sequencing Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems Experience in email outreach and sales pipelines Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral or British-friendly accent Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
