Customer Service Representative (EGGS)

Position: CSR Number of hours: 40 Hrs/week Schedule: TBD Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Sales (CSR) to provide top-notch support across multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Experience with inbound and outbound calls, upselling, telemarketing, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Citrix is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools like Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance Customer Service Sales Qualifications: At least six months of experience in a customer service role Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in solar energy is preferred. Residency in Bulacan, Philippines is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required Preferred Skills: Handling inbound and outbound calls Upselling products and services Telemarketing or sales experience Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
