Job Title: Cook A (All Shifts) — Summer 2026 Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time (48 hours/week) — EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship) Start: Summer 2026 About the role Join a stylish hotel in Cyprus as a Cook A. Prepare and cook menu items to standard across all shifts, support smooth kitchen service, and help train junior staff while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus. Ensure timely production and correct portions for service. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food labelling, storage and HACCP compliance. Check daily food requirements and prepare requisitions. Adapt dishes for dietary needs and special requests. Report equipment issues and collaborate with service staff. Support training of junior kitchen staff. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/resort experience preferred). Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety/hygiene. Good English; Greek is a strong advantage. Able to work under pressure and flexibly (evenings, weekends, holidays). Professional appearance and team-focused attitude.
