IT Desktop Support - Emmen

*Must be within a commutable distance* Role Description This is on-going role with no contract end date. This is a full-time on-site role for an L1/L2 Information Technology Desktop Support specialist for our client in Emmen, Netherlands. This is a project where the main tasks will be laptop imaging, upgrading existing and new laptops to Windows 11. The role also involves providing some day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for network administration, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service related to the upgrades. The successful candidate will be responsible for Windows 11 upgrades and where related to the upgrades, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with network connectivity problems, and providing timely resolution to IT-related issues. Qualifications Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Information Technology and Network Security Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Experience with remote desktop support tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) Experience in an IT support role On-site Role Minimum ongoing monthly contract, possibility of extension. Location : Emmen, Netherlands. Industry : Provided once passed screening interview Language: Dutch B2 and English at a decent level.
