Senior Laravel Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join our team and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and CMS-based platforms. This is a hands-on, technical role critical to building and maintaining enterprise-grade systems, optimizing live websites, and ensuring strong performance, SEO, and reliability across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep Laravel expertise, strong backend architecture skills, and experience managing production-level applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, improve system performance, and ensure best practices in security and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Application Development & Architecture: Lead the development and maintenance of scalable Laravel applications, CMS platforms, and admin dashboards while ensuring clean, maintainable architecture. Website Management & Optimization: Manage and enhance live production websites, implement performance improvements, and apply SEO best practices including Core Web Vitals optimization. API Development & Integrations: Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, CRMs, and other external systems. Frontend Collaboration: Work closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Performance & Security: Implement caching solutions such as Redis or Memcached and follow industry-standard security practices (OWASP) to ensure application reliability and data protection. Required Skills & Technologies: PHP (Laravel) with strong hands-on experience MySQL / PostgreSQL RESTful APIs and third-party integrations HTML, CSS, JavaScript Git and version control workflows Caching systems (Redis/Memcached) Strong understanding of application security best practices Nice to Have: Experience with Vue.js or React Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to AI / LLM-based systems Experience Requirements: 6–8+ years of experience in PHP / Laravel development 4–6+ years of hands-on Laravel expertise Experience working on enterprise or product-based applications preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
