Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Manager to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production through effective maintenance leadership. This position is ideal for a strong lead technician ready to step into leadership or an experienced supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities based on production needs Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance programs Lead troubleshooting of equipment issues and reduce downtime Support production by quickly resolving mechanical failures Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation Partner with production leadership to meet operational goals Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Assist with parts inventory, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance Qualifications: 7+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.) Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programs Familiarity with CMMS systems Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment Multi-trade experience (electrical, HVAC, compressors, welding, etc.) Must have 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.) Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Skills: Maintenance Supervisor, Preventative Maintenance, Manufacturing, Equipment Troubleshooting, Mechanical Systems, Downtime Reduction, Work Orders, Maintenance Planning, Valves, PLC
