Location: This role is based on-site in Lexington, Kentucky, giving you the chance to lead projects and build strong in-person relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams in a growing market. Note: Candidates must have senior-level construction project management experience with a general contractor and must be comfortable leading projects, budgets, schedules, client relationships, and field coordination in an on-site environment. Job Description Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the life of each project Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Drive schedules and keep projects moving by coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams and subordinate managers Ensure projects are built in accordance with contract documents, design intent, quality expectations, and company standards Enforce company policies, project procedures, and safety expectations on a daily basis Support preconstruction efforts, review new opportunities, and help establish project estimates Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain strong coordination across all phases of the work Oversee self-performed operations where applicable Help strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to new business development opportunities Represent the company professionally in the field and in the marketplace Qualifications 10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with progression into senior project leadership Experience working for a general contractor Strong background managing commercial construction projects Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and client management Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and keep projects aligned from start to finish Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working on-site in the Lexington area Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required Why You Will Love Working Here Family-oriented, team-driven culture Strong company stability and long-term reputation Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid time off Opportunity to make a visible impact in a senior leadership seat Growth-oriented environment with the chance to help shape important projects and client relationships A company that values trust, professionalism, and doing things the right way JPC-835 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
