IT Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an IT Manager to join our client's team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems, networks, and services are reliable, secure, and efficient Support and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud environments and enterprise systems Drive digital transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, automation, and process improvements Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a collaborative and proactive culture Key Requirements: Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and enterprise applications Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards Experience in digital transformation and process optimization initiatives Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Job Info : Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime Salary : Depending on experience Benefits : Private Hospital Insurance Other to be disclosed during the interview process. Work Setting : Hybrid after probation : company policy allows 2 days a month working from home, however expetion can be agreed depending on managment and Candidate agreement.
