A well-established, patient-focused outpatient physical therapy practice in Helena is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to build and expand a pelvic health program within a supportive, collaborative environment while working in one of the most desirable mountain communities in the country. Position Overview: The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction across a diverse patient population. The practice offers strong clinical autonomy, consistent patient volume, and the ability to shape programming based on your clinical interests and expertise. What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor conditions (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pre/postpartum, etc.) Develop individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward functional goals Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation What They're Looking For: Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in Montana Experience or strong interest in pelvic health therapy Pelvic health training or certifications preferred (Herman & Wallace or similar) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Desire to grow a specialty program within a practice Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary based on experience (typically $90,000–$115,000+) Performance-based bonus opportunities Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Continuing education support Paid time off and holidays Relocation assistance available Why Helena: Helena offers a rare balance of career growth and lifestyle.
