Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians Plan, prioritize, and execute daily maintenance tasks Lead troubleshooting and repair of motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and other equipment Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation Collaborate with production leadership to meet operational goals Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Assist with parts inventory, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep Qualifications: 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.) Experience in a fast-paced production environment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programs Familiarity with CMMS systems Multi-trade skills (electrical, HVAC, compressors, welding, etc.) Why Join Us: Take a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your expertise keeps production moving, teams engaged, and equipment performing at its best.
