In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex cybersecurity challenges while ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. Your leadership and strategic thinking will contribute to enhancing service capabilities and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the delivery of managed cybersecurity services across multiple domains Ensure high standards of operational performance and service quality Develop and implement strategies to enhance incident management processes Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving cybersecurity challenges Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to continuously improve service offerings Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to team members Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing insights on service performance and risks Drive decision-making and resolve issues impacting team effectiveness and delivery Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in managed security services Strong leadership experience in handling complex cybersecurity operations Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM) are highly preferred Industry exposure in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a big plus Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills Can start immediately, if possible RecruitNest is your trusted career partner , dedicated to connecting you with the right opportunities that match your skills, goals, and aspirations.
