About the Role: Big things are happening at Golden Racket Academy and Phoenix is next! We are a nationwide mobile academy seeking a talented, driven Tennis Coach to bring premium 1-on-1 and small-group coaching to courts and client-chosen locations across the greater Phoenix area, from Ahwatukee and Avondale to Paradise Valley and everywhere in between. If you are tired of community centers taking a massive cut or chasing down your own leads on crowded public courts, this role is built for you. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing. Why Coach With Us? Excellent Earnings: Up to $60/hr, based on experience and coaching level. We Bring the Clients: We actively market in your area and have an active roster of clients waiting. Guaranteed Payouts: No chasing down Venmo payments or dealing with flaky cancellations. We handle the billing. Ultimate Flexibility: This is an independent contractor (1099) role. You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand. What You'll Do: Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels. Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy. Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics. What We Are Looking For: 1+ years of coaching experience. Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to travel to local courts. Must be able to pass a standard background check.
