What You Will Be Doing: Managing onboarding and employee documentation from start to finish Handling submissions and processes with Identità Malta and Jobsplus Supporting payroll coordination and ensuring accuracy Keeping employee records organised, compliant, and up to date Assisting with contracts, permits, and human resources processes Collaborating with clients, candidates, and authorities What We Are Looking For: Experience in human resources, recruitment, or administration. Experience in Malta is a strong advantage Familiarity with Identità Malta and Jobsplus systems Understanding of payroll processes Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and positive attitude Excellent communication skills in English.
