We are currently seeking live-in caregivers for two weekend positions providing one-on-one, in-home care in Ashford and Groton, Connecticut. These are consistent opportunities where you will make a meaningful impact while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Pay and Schedule Approximately $700 per day Ashford, CT: Thursday through Sunday (live-in) Groton, CT: Friday through Monday (live-in) Consistent, ongoing cases About CareCo Home Care CareCo has been providing trusted in-home care services since 2004. What You Will Do As a live-in caregiver with CareCo, you will support your client in their home and help maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily routines Personal care and hygiene support Preparing simple meals Light housekeeping and errands Providing companionship and emotional support Communicating with the CareCo team as needed Providing attentive presence and support throughout the day and overnight What We Are Looking For We are looking for caregivers who are: Reliable, punctual, and responsible Compassionate and patient Comfortable working independently in a live-in environment Able to follow care plans and instructions Available for one of the listed live-in schedules Requirements and Preferences Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to cook simple meals Ability to be consistently punctual and reliable CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required
