Business Development Officer – Facility Management

Job brief The Business Development – Facility Management role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building strong client relationships to support the growth of Savills Thailand Facility Management (FM) services. The position requires strong strategic thinking, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver FM solutions that meet client expectations and strengthen the company competitive advantage. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management market. Analyze market trends, industry movements, and competitor activities. Formulate business development strategies to increase FM revenue and expand client coverage. Target and approach potential clients such as office buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, data centers, and mixed-use developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and all tender-related documents. Present Facility Management solutions tailored to client needs. Participate in tender processes, including RFP/RFQ submissions and presentations. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structure, and contract conditions. Analyze cost structures and determine competitive service pricing. Manage the sales pipeline and support the closing of new projects. Coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations teams. Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements. Develop Scope of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manpower/service plans. Prepare and update business pipeline reports and market opportunity analyses. Provide insights and support to senior management in shaping FM business strategy. Requirements Thai Nationality Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility/Property Management, Or other related fields Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for engaging with international clients. 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Facility Management, Property Management. Strong understanding of Integrated Facility Management (IFM). Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and negotiation capability. Existing client relationships or strong professional connections in the FM/real estate industry are highly preferred. Must have a personal vehicle due to frequent travel to project sites.
