We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Odessa, TX serving the Deming, NM area . This is a consistent, active role with strong weekly pay and reliable home time. Position Details: Location: Deming, NM / Odessa, TX Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset) Schedule: Varies based on freight Pay & Compensation: Average: $1,500 per week CPM + load pay structure Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay Paid for every unload Miles & Freight: Average: ~2,000 miles per week 2–3 loads per week 2–6 stops per load Dry freight Delivery Area: Eastern Texas New Mexico Arizona Southern Nevada Southern Utah Southern Colorado Job Duties: Deliver freight to retail store locations Hand unload trailers using gravity rollers Multi-stop deliveries Active, physical role Equipment: Automatic sleeper trucks 53' dry van trailers Trucks can be taken home (must be parked in secure, approved location) Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must meet DOT and safety requirements Must be able to handle physical unloading Benefits: Weekly pay & consistent home time Medical, Dental, Vision HSA options Life & AD&D insurance 401(k) with company participation PTO (paid time off) Bonus incentives Unlimited referral bonus program
