We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced Telephone Operators with strong professional expertise in switchboard operations, call routing, directory assistance, customer support, clerical coordination, and real-world telecommunications service workflows. This role supports a research project for one of the world's top AI companies and focuses on using real-world occupational expertise to design questions and help train AI models related to your expertise as a Telephone Operator.
