Regional Clinic Operations Practice Manager – Corporate Wellness Programs Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote/work from home). Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Job Type: W2. Full Time. Pay Range: Starting from $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full Description: An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Clinic Operations Practice Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate employee wellness clinics located within a major financial institution. This position will be based in Princeton, NJ and will oversee three clinic sites Princeton, Georgia, and California. These onsite clinics operates within a professional corporate environment and provides employees with convenient access to routine healthcare services, including wellness visits, minor illness care, vaccinations, and preventive services. This role is responsible for ensuring clinics run smoothly, teams are supported, and services are delivered consistently across all locations. You'll serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and client partners, helping to address challenges, improve processes, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations across three clinic locations (NJ, GA, CA) ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant care delivery. Lead and support clinical and administrative teams, including hiring, performance management, and staff development. Serve as primary liaison to client Health, Safety & Environment team, addressing operational concerns and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Drive operational improvements, workflow optimization, and implementation of clinical and technology initiatives. Partner with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement) to support clinic operations and strategic goals. Develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with industry standards. Manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations. Monitor clinic performance and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Program & Quality Management Support implementation of workplace health programs (e.g., screenings, vaccinations, wellness initiatives) from an operational perspective. Ensure consistent patient experience and service standards across all sites. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, access, and care delivery models. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field required; Master's preferred. 5+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience, including multi-site oversight. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams. Experience driving operational improvements and managing complex projects. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, financial operations, and clinic workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems. Ability to travel periodically to clinic locations as needed.
