Junior Dispatcher (Remote) | USA Trucking | $220/week

About the Role We’re hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations. This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations running smoothly and on time. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment , this is a great opportunity to break into the logistics industry and grow. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities Track performance and report on delivery progress Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication What We’re Looking For Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and work under pressure Proactive and solution-focused mindset Bonus (Nice to Have) Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support Experience with cold calling or sales Exposure to trucking or transportation environments Technical Requirements (Fully Remote) Stable, high-speed internet connection Clear headset for calls Reliable computer/laptop Working Hours Based on Chicago (CST) time zone Monday to Friday Why Join Us Fully remote work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the US trucking industry Structured training and support Growth opportunities within operations
