Credit Management Executive ( 1 year contract)

Job Scope Follow up on AR for both self payors and third-party payors. Conduct timely and effective follow up with insurers to ensure prompt settlement of claims. Apply appropriate follow up when necessary. Assess patients' financial situations and propose suitable financial assistance schemes. Actively refer patients to Medical Social Workers (MSWs) for further support when required. Ensure robust and accurate reporting of errant employers to MOM who are refusing/defaulted payment. Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department. Requirements Diploma holder with experience in Healthcare background.
