About Golden Racket Academy Golden Racket Academy is a rapidly growing provider of mobile, private racket sports lessons. We bring the court to the client, providing high-quality instruction at their luxury building courts, public parks, and private facilities. We handle all the marketing, lead generation, and billing so our coaches can focus entirely on what they do best: teaching the game. The Role We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable Private Tennis Coach to join our team and serve the New York City area. We have an active roster of clients waiting in the city, and we need a dedicated professional to take them on immediately. In this role, you will travel to local courts across the boroughs to deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 and small-group tennis lessons to players of all ages and skill levels. What We Offer Great Pay: Earn between $45.00 and $65.00 per hour, depending on the lesson package. Total Flexibility: You have complete control over your schedule. Work as much or as little as you want. No Administrative Hassle: We bring the clients directly to you and handle all the onboarding and payments. Requirements & Standout Qualifications MASSIVE BONUS: Pre-Existing Court Access. In NYC, knowing exactly where to play is half the battle. If you already have access to private courts, luxury building courts, or hold valid NYC Parks tennis permits where you can consistently and legally teach, your application will be immediately bumped to the top of the list. Minimum 1 year of professional tennis coaching experience. Reliable transit strategy and the ability to travel to courts across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and surrounding neighborhoods. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Must provide your own teaching equipment (rackets, ball hopper, and practice balls). Strong communication skills and a positive, encouraging coaching style.
