Executive Director – Legal & Compliance

Our Client Our client is a diversified Saudi group with operations across regulated and non-regulated sectors. The organisation is strengthening its governance and legal oversight. The Role The Executive Director will oversee all legal, compliance, and governance matters across the group. This role will manage corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy. A key focus will be supporting board governance and risk mitigation. The Director will advise executive leadership on legal exposure and strategic decisions. The role will also manage external counsel and internal legal teams. Candidate Profile Candidates must have senior legal leadership experience within large organisations or groups. Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks is essential. The ideal profile combines legal depth with commercial awareness. Arabic fluency is highly preferred. Board-level advisory experience is a strong advantage.
