Italian Speaking Reservations Agent Location: Malta Industry: Car Rental / Contact Center Job Description We are looking for an Italian Speaking Reservations Agent to join an international car rental contact center team in Malta. In this role, you will assist customers mainly via phone, handling reservations, inquiries, and sales-related requests while delivering excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and convert inquiries into sales Assist customers with reservations and service-related questions Track and manage reservation requests efficiently Achieve individual and team performance targets (sales, quality, call handling) Handle customer complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with team leaders and support cross-market calls when required Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader Requirements Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (C1) Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is an asset Strong communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills Typing speed of at least 25 WPM Working Conditions & Offer Contract: Indefinite Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Sunday (8am–7pm), 2 days off per week Salary progression: Training month: €5.60/hour From month 2: €8.10/hour After probation: €8.50/hour After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based) After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based) Language allowance: €85/month (Italian) Performance bonus: Up to €2,000/year (after 6 months) Sales commission: Eligible after going live Benefits Full training provided Health insurance after 6 months Career progression opportunities Gym packages & mobile schemes Relocation assistance Monthly social events Staff discounts in local businesses Interested candidates are welcome to apply with their CVs in English.
