Omni-channel Support: Manage high-volume interactions via phone, email, and live chat in both Croatian and English. Creative Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to bookings, modifications, cancellations, and payments with empathy and speed. Platform Expertise: Master the client's systems and policies to provide accurate, high-quality information to every traveler. Detailed Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system. Croatian Mastery (C2): Native or fully fluent proficiency is essential for professional verbal and written communication.
