Expert Problem Solving: Deliver efficient resolutions for reservations, cancellations, billing inquiries, and general technical platform support. System Mastery: Rapidly learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of booking policies and operational guidelines to provide precise assistance. Diligent Documentation: Log all customer interactions and feedback into our CRM software to ensure a high standard of follow-up. Quality & Collaboration: Adhere to strict professional standards (SLAs) while working with your team to identify service trends and improve the user experience. CANDIDATE PROFILE We are looking for independent thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment. Linguistic Excellence: Native or near-native Croatian (C2) for flawless professional communication, plus high-level intermediate English (B2) for internal training and documentation. Technical Readiness: You must hold legal authorization to work in Greece and maintain a reliable, high-speed home internet connection.
