Proactive Problem Solving: Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests with empathy and agility. Digital Navigation: Use state-of-the-art booking systems and databases to provide real-time, accurate travel information. Travel Enthusiast: A genuine interest in the tourism industry and a desire to help others explore. Experience: Prior customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required .
