Resolution Coordinator

The Resolution Coordinator is responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving customer, client, or internal issues in a timely and professional manner. This role serves as a critical liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that concerns are addressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering effective resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction and organizational integrity. Key Responsibilities Receive, document, and assess incoming complaints, disputes, or service issues Conduct thorough investigations by gathering relevant data, records, and stakeholder input Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate resolutions Communicate findings and outcomes clearly to customers or stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards Track and manage cases through to completion using internal systems Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation for reporting and auditing purposes Meet or exceed established resolution timelines and performance metrics Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred Experience 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, dispute resolution, case management, or a related role Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Compensation Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 USD, depending on experience and location Performance-based bonuses may be available Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Remote or hybrid work options depending on company policy Employee wellness programs Professional development and training opportunities Life and disability insurance coverage Work Environment This role may be performed in a remote, based setting within the United States, depending on organizational needs.
