Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist – E-commerce Platform Location: Portugal (Remote) Language: Dutch (fluent) + English Employment Type: Full-time, Remote About the Role We are looking for a customer-oriented and detail-driven Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist to join an international team, supporting a leading global e-commerce platform — fully remotely from Portugal . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers and sellers, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance across a wide range of platform-related queries. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers and sellers via phone, email, and/or live chat regarding orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and account management Provide clear and timely resolutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at every touchpoint Investigate and follow up on complaints, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Assist sellers with platform-related queries, listings, and account support Accurately log all customer interactions and case details in the CRM system Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement Stay informed on platform updates, policies, and promotions to provide up-to-date support Requirements Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written Proficient level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is an advantage but not required What's on Offer Competitive salary package Fully paid training and structured onboarding program Full-time remote working from Portugal Career growth and development opportunities within a global organisation Friendly, multicultural and collaborative virtual team environment Additional employee benefits and perks Eligibility Notice This position is a remote role based in Portugal (EU member state).
