Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist – Sports E-commerce – Sofia, Bulgaria Introduction A leading customer service provider is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will join a dynamic, multicultural team supporting a major brand in the sports e-commerce sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality support across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities Multichannel Support: Provide exceptional customer service via voice, chat, and email. Issue Resolution: Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Escalation Management: Handle complex or escalated cases with diplomacy, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction. System Management: Multitask across multiple internal systems and browser tabs simultaneously to find solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality solutions that ensure the best possible outcome for every customer interaction. Requirements Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written). Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage (comprehensive training is provided). Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Mindset: Positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. Teamwork: A strong team player comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural setting. What is Offered Compensation: Very competitive salary (1900 eur/gross) with a performance bonus starting from the third month. Schedule: Rotational shifts (09:00 – 18:00 / 12:00 – 21:00) between Monday and Sunday, with two days off per week. Training: Fully paid training from day one. Benefits: Health and dental insurance.
