Spanish-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Language: Spanish (fluent) + English Employment Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Spanish-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon, Portugal — one of Europe's most exciting and fastest-growing tech and business hubs. In this role, you will work closely with Spanish-speaking business clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them make the most of their online advertising investments and achieve their marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking B2B clients, addressing advertising-related queries and providing tailored support Assist clients in setting up, managing, and optimising their online advertising campaigns Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve results Educate clients on best practices and new advertising features and solutions Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing client accounts through upselling Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and ensure a seamless experience Accurately maintain client records and interactions within the CRM system Keep up to date with trends and developments in digital advertising and B2B marketing Requirements Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written Proficient level of English Experience in digital advertising, online marketing, or B2B client support is a strong advantage Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously What's on Offer Competitive salary package Comprehensive paid training and onboarding program Career growth opportunities within a global organisation Modern office in a central Lisbon location Vibrant, multicultural and collaborative work environment Relocation support for candidates moving to Lisbon Additional employee benefits and incentives Eligibility Notice This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal (EU member state).
