Senior Implementation PM (Supervisor II) | Multi-Site Migration (PMP)

Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Supervisor II to support mid‑to-large‑scale migration projects involving single‑site and multi‑site deployments across multiple products and services. This role plays a key part in analyzing customer migration needs, coordinating implementation activities, and ensuring successful delivery of business‑focused migration solutions. The position requires strong project management expertise, hands‑on oversight of cross‑functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Candidates must bring a PMP certification and a business‑side project management background (not IT‑focused) Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Contract Duration: 10 months | W2 Location: Only local candidates will be considered Work Schedule: OT and weekend support during migrations maybe required Travel: Domestic and occasional international travel maybe assessed and assigned Requirements: Support weekend go‑lives and travel to customer locations as required. Conduct regular project status meetings and follow up on action items. Utilize project management tools to track progress, risks, and project outcomes. Lead and support migration projects across multiple sites, ensuring successful deployment of products and services. Analyze customer migration requirements and participate in solution planning and execution. Develop and maintain implementation models, including deployment plans, schedules, communication plans, UAT coordination, reporting, and post‑implementation audits. Manage cross‑functional implementation teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and participate in daily status meetings (Zoom) Provide weekly reporting, client communication, and documentation of lessons learned. Qualifications/Must-Haves: PMP certification required. Ability to work weekends during migration events. Experience supporting mid‑ to large‑scale migration or implementation projects. Ability to travel domestically; occasional international travel may be required. 10+ years of project management experience, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Bachelor's degree required; fields such as Business, Project Management, Operations, or related disciplines preferred. Preferred Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or large‑scale operational migrations.
