This attorney will work exclusively with a specialized team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships in warranty-related litigation. While warranty experience is not required, the firm is seeking candidates with strong litigation fundamentals, meaningful trial and arbitration exposure, excellent academic credentials, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality advocacy. Stable career progression and strong academic performance are essential for consideration. Key Responsibilities Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to: Defend complex warranty litigation matters on behalf of automotive manufacturers and dealer networks Serve as a trial-ready litigator handling cases from inception through resolution Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and discovery strategy Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related filings Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement proceedings Deliver strong courtroom advocacy, including opening statements, closing arguments, and witness examinations Provide clear and professional communication with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while managing multiple active matters This role is ideal for attorneys who take ownership of their litigation practice and thrive in a high-performance, trial-forward environment. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered.
