Principal Solution Architect

Requires relocation to Indonesia. Job Description Engage with enterprise clients to understand business and technical challenges and translate business needs into technology solutions Lead technical discussions, demos, and POCs to support pre-sales engagements Design and implement end-to-end solutions across cloud, APIs, platform ecosystems, OSS/BSS, digital platforms, fintech, and customer experience domains Translate solutions into clear business value, including ROI, scalability, and speed-to-market Partner with sales teams to shape, position, and win deals Drive client engineering initiatives including POCs, accelerators, and innovation showcases Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery with proper governance and alignment Advocate for platform-first and reusable solution approaches Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Heads) Mentor engineering teams and build architecture capability within the region Person Specification 12+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture / software engineering Strong domain expertise in Telecom (OSS/BSS), Digital Platforms, or Fintech ecosystems Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API ecosystems Proven experience in client-facing roles, pre-sales, and consulting engagements Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices Ability to drive complex, multi-country client engagements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
