This role is primarily focused on production. The core responsibility is to take artwork that is suitable for web use, upscale it using AI tools, review it for quality issues, and prepare final files for print. The process requires judgment and visual quality control, as upscaled images can introduce artifacts and other issues that need to be checked and corrected before a file is ready for production. This role is intended to take over that production-heavy workflow so the Creative Director can spend more time on art creation, marketing, and growth. This is the first external hire into the business and is intended to be a lean, execution-focused role.
