DTI - Sr BSA to Lead QA and Testing

The senior Business Systems Analyst should have significant experience leading the quality and testing aspects of a complex systems integration project. They should have a technical background with good comprehension of SQL, ability to read complex Data models & Database schemas and the ability to translate those into test plans and criteria. They are required to have experience in analysing detailed functional and technical specifications. They will be required to create a test strategy, test plans, to create test cases and data and to manage the test program. They will manage and coordinate UAT and system test activities involving more than 20 business and technical subject matter experts. SNB will only consider proposals identifying one candidate to fill each requested role. If bidding multiple candidates, they MUST be submitted as separate proposals to be scored individually. DELIVERABLES The successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement: 1. Test Strategy: Lead the development of an overarching test strategy for multiple applications. This should include quality criteria, test activities and test management procedures. Will manage the test program including engage and coach business and technical subject matter experts in the creation and execution of test plans and data. Will coordinate with other project teams to ensure test issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Testing: Will be hands on and will develop and execute some test cases and data. 3. Other deliverables as required (Current state analysis, business requirements etc) to support the success of the overall transformation project. Acceptable deliverable formats are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio as required Deliverable approvals will be based on the PID, routed via the PM.
