This is a float position across multiple settings including acute care, rehab, and skilled nursing , offering strong clinical variety and experience. Requirements Active Arizona OT License BLS Certification (AHA) Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Minimum 2+ years of experience required Experience in acute care and/or rehab settings Cerner EMR experience preferred Assignment Details Schedule Options: Tuesday – Saturday Shift options: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible) Duration: 13 weeks Setting: Acute Care Rehab Skilled Nursing Unit Facility Overview Multi-setting hospital environment Treats a wide range of patient populations Focus on improving functional independence and discharge outcomes Collaborative interdisciplinary team Important Notes Float role across multiple units Must be comfortable working in acute + SNF + rehab settings AZ Fingerprint Card required prior to start Schedule flexibility may be required
