Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events. Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and process inefficiencies. Develop and implement standard work procedures to optimize production processes. Apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D) to address root causes of issues. Drive 5S implementation and sustainment across manufacturing operations. Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles and tools. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for waste reduction. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and tools in a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Standard Work. Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive process improvements. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
