Job description: Assist in preparation of ingredients and dishes. Follow recipes and procedures accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation. Support senior chefs and kitchen team with tasks and requests. Assist with plating and garnishing dishes. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils. Learn and absorb new skills and techniques quickly. Participate in training and development programs. Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Education & Experience: 4 to 6 years of Experience. Primary School in Basic Education or Middle School in General Education. Behavioural Skill: Eagerness to Learn: Ability to learn and absorb new skills and techniques quickly. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen team to achieve common goals. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately. Technical skills: Basic knife skills and ability to prepare ingredients. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and methods. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and ability to use them safely.
