Order Taker

Job Description: Accurately take and record orders from guests, including special requests and modifications. Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. Verify orders with guests to ensure accuracy before serving. Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction with ordering experience. Engage with guests to build rapport and promote a positive experience. Maintain a clean and organized order taking area. Process orders efficiently to minimize wait times. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Education & Experience: Intermediate in Arts / Secondary in Arts 2 to 3 years of relavant work & Industry Experience. Essential Technical Skills: POS Systems: Proficiency in POS systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Menu Knowledge: Good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing Order Management: Ability to manage orders efficiently, including special requests and modifications Essential Behavioral Competencies: Customer Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately take and record orders, including special requests and modifications Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members Location: Gulberg 3 Lahore
