Key Responsibilities Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software. Document all validation activities, including deviations, investigations, and change controls. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) throughout the validation lifecycle. Perform revalidation and periodic reviews of validated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to define validation requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during validation testing. Maintain validation master plans and associated documentation. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field. Proven experience in the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or software in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverage). Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA). Experience with protocol development, execution, and report generation for various validation types (IQ, OQ, PQ). Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA) and their application to validation. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation studies. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in validation. - Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5. - Certification in relevant quality management systems (e.g., ASQ CQE). - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation of validation tasks.
